The ideal candidate:
- Has knowledge of using PHP in a containerized environment
- Uses dependency injection in every project
- Tests their code, even before writing the first line
- Knows the difference between the composer install and update commands
- Understands object-oriented PHP
- Knows how to avoid the n+1 query problem in Eloquent
- Uses automated tools to maintain code quality
- Debugs their applications with Xdebug
- Can join the GitHub Flow, code review and CI/CD processes
