At the end of October (27.10) we celebrated the third anniversary of Blumilk!

The past twelve months have been full of exciting challenges and achievements for us. Our team has once again expanded with several talented people, which has allowed us to implement even more interesting projects. Thanks to the hard work and commitment of each member of our team, we were able to introduce solutions that brought real benefits to our customers and partners.

2023 was also a time of intensive learning and development. Each of us had the opportunity to learn new skills and deepen our knowledge. Working in such a dynamic and creative team is a real pleasure, and the achievements we have achieved together are a reason to be proud.

We would like to thank our customers, partners and everyone who supports our business. Your trust and cooperation are extremely important to us and motivate us to continue developing.

Today, the 256th day of the year, is a special date for everyone involved in IT – Programmer's Day! It's a great opportunity to celebrate our passion for coding and enjoy the successes we achieve in our work together.

Traditionally, on this occasion, we went out for lunch with almost the entire Blumilk team. It was not only delicious, but also full of laughter and integration.

Programmer's Day is a moment to thank everyone who puts effort into creating, debugging and improving code every day. Your work is invaluable, and every line of code contributes to the development of technology!

What did this year bring us?

• Our team has grown, as you can see in the attached picture. New members have brought a lot of energy, ideas and talents, which we are developing together.
•  We have delivered several great projects, and we have also started new ones, which we will soon tell you about on our website.
• We have learned a lot - technically, business-wise, design-wise and managerially. Each day brought new challenges, which we enthusiastically took on.

We are entering the New Year with great optimism and we cannot wait to continue our mission, develop and implement more exciting projects.

Today! It's amazing how quickly it's passed, but today we celebrate Blumilk's second birthday. These were two years full of passion, hard work and wonderful moments. We thank each and every one of you for being a part of our journey.

Our commitment, creativity and constant desire to learn make Blumilk more than just a company - it's a true community of technology enthusiasts. Thanks to our employees, we have completed many ambitious projects and are constantly raising the bar in our industry. There's a lot of good things ahead of us!

We thank our clients for the trust you have placed in us and for all the opportunities to work together. Each project with you is a valuable experience and motivation for further development. It's thanks to you that we can do what we love.

May the third year of our activity be at least as intense as the first two! We have many plans and ideas that will certainly turn into further successes and new opportunities.

We are approaching the end of October, which is particularly important for us... In just a few days, we will be celebrating Blumilk's second birthday! Two years full of challenges, projects full of innovative solutions and passions that we share every day.

On this special occasion, we went with almost the entire team to the Babylon Liberec Center. It was an unforgettable trip, full of attractions, team-building and great fun. There was everything you could wish for on a corporate birthday trip: from exciting team games through relaxation in the water park to exploring the fascinating Chamber of Secrets. There was also plenty of space for plans for the future.

These two years are not only about business development, but also many moments that have built us as a team. We are growing stronger, new faces on board, more projects, and more integration events.

Wish us that the next years will be just as fruitful! :)

As you know, together with Collegium Witelona State University in Legnica, we create a space where students can develop their skills, gain valuable experience from practitioners and prepare for a career in the IT industry.

It is a great pride for us to be able to contribute to the education of future specialists in our industry.

Multi-level cooperation
Part of our team works as teachers at the University, creating and updating syllabuses and more. Thanks to this, the curriculum is adapted to the current needs of the IT market, and students have the opportunity to learn on the latest tools and technologies.

Internship program
At Blumilk, we also run an open internship program for the most talented students of Computer Science. The most diligent have the opportunity to gain practical experience and see what it's like to work in a dynamically developing software house. Our interns don't make coffee, unless it's for themselves ;)

Scientific conferences
We like challenges! We are involved in organizing scientific conferences, often also taking part in discussion panels. We encourage students, employees of the University, but also anyone who feels passionate about technology and science to actively participate in such meetings. It's a great opportunity to establish contacts and gain valuable knowledge from experts.

We greatly appreciate the fact that we are part of the substantive, but also organizational support of the University and we hope that our further cooperation will bring only juicy fruits!
